Ever have the sense that you've done something spectacularly stupid?

I have a meeting with a student in a few hours and I haven't slept yet, because I started reading a novel-length fanfic. *epic facepalm*

Um, and it was so, like, emotionally involving that I have to find something else to wind me down before I'll actually be able to sleep. Um. Oh well?

Weight (the second story is really good, the first one mostly sets it up, but I think you need to read both). Make sure to read the categories if you think you might need a trigger warning on anything. It's Glee wingfic, but don't let either of those things dissuade you! I am not much for either, normally, and yet here we are, with me reading it all in one fell swoop last night and alternately sobbing and laughing out loud, so. :D
