Dec. 25th, 2012 04:17 pmTried to go to Les Mis earlier. "It's Iowa," we said. "Everyone will be at church or with family. Clearly this is the time to go."
...Yeah. We have never seen that many cars in the movie theatre parking lot. The line was out the door (thankfully I had a hat, since it's around 13 F here right now (-10 C)). The movie sold out before we could get up to the ticket counter, so we bought tickets for the next showing and went home.
Heathen Christmas: not as easy as it used to be. :D
